Coaching for you
You have a bigger job than the one that got you here.
One-on-one coaching for VPs and C-level leaders.
Does this sound like you?
- Your scope just grew: a new role, a reorganization or an acquisition.
- The habits that made you successful are not working at this scale.
- You have nobody neutral to think with. Your boss has a stake in the answer. So does your team.
- You want the coaching to be yours, not something your company arranged.
Team><Market Fit starts with one person. When you lead from how you naturally work, your team gets the leader it needs for what comes next.
How I coach
My starting assumption is that you already know more than you are giving yourself permission to act on. The work comes back to three questions.
- Head: what is your unfair advantage? The pattern recognition and judgment you have earned and tend to under-claim.
- Heart: why do you show up? The values that make hard calls easier.
- Hands: how do your instincts drive you? I use the Kolbe A Index to give this a shared vocabulary.
You set the agenda for every session. Each session ends with something you have chosen to test before the next one.
The engagement
- Ten sessions of 50 minutes. Weekly for a month, then every two weeks.
- Kolbe A Index, with interpretation.
- Written outputs: agreed objectives at the start, a midpoint summary and a close-out.
- Access between sessions by email or text.
- A way out. A no-cost fit conversation first, and a gate after session two. If it isn’t working, we stop.

If your company will pay
Many companies pay for this. When yours does, the engagement adds three-way meetings with your sponsor. The company gets an honest answer on whether it is working. It does not hear what was said.
If the question is the job itself
The Decision is six sessions built around a single choice.
What this is not
It is not therapy, not performance management, and not a mediation channel between you and your manager. Where one of those is needed, I will name it and help find the right person.
Confidentiality
What you say in a session stays in the session. I practice under the ICF Code of Ethics. You can end the engagement at any point, for any reason.

Start with a short check.
About three minutes. Our proprietary assessments are designed to give you a read on what you need at this stage of your career. You’ll receive your results right away and we’d love to meet with you to discuss how we can help you achieve your leadership and career goals.
Thirty minutes. A straight conversation, not a pitch.
Tell me what is in front of you. I will tell you whether I can help and which of these fits. If I am the wrong person, I will say so.
